To carry out international relocations we cooperate with vetted partner agents, shipping lines, customs brokers and authorities in destination countries. We share only the data strictly necessary for the execution of your move. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of visit) in server log files. This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources.

6. Cookies & analytics

6a. Address Autocomplete (Google Maps Platform)

For the purpose of simplifying address entry on the quote page, we use the Google Maps Platform (Places API) provided by Google LLC. When you type in the address fields, your input is transmitted to Google to provide address suggestions. Google acts as a data processor in this context.

• Only the typed text is sent to Google — no other personal data from the form.
• Google does not store this data permanently for ad targeting; Maps API data is handled separately from ad profiles.
• No cookie is set by Google for this feature.

This feature is only activated after you give consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or reset it here: Reset cookie settings. 6b. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our quote and contact forms from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you submit a form, Turnstile loads a small script from Cloudflare and transmits limited technical information — including your IP address, browser/device characteristics and a challenge token — to Cloudflare in order to distinguish human visitors from bots.

• Turnstile is used exclusively for bot protection and site security.
• Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No form content (name, address, message) is sent to Cloudflare — only the token and technical signals.
