Can I access my items while they're in storage?
Yes — supervised access is available by appointment. For items you may need frequently, ask us to crate them separately so they can be retrieved without unpacking the whole inventory.
Do you store items coming from abroad?
Yes. Overseas shipments often need short-term storage while customs clears or your new home is ready. We coordinate directly with our destination agents so your container is unloaded straight into the warehouse.
Is the warehouse insured?
Our standard liability covers items in our care. For higher-value or long-term storage, we recommend a dedicated all-risk policy — we'll explain the options before you sign.
